These terms govern an institution's use of Sukū under a Pilot, Institution, or Enterprise plan. By provisioning an account, the institution agrees to use Sukū to manage genuine academic records and to keep its staff accounts (teachers, administrators, deans) restricted to authorized personnel.
Service plans
Pilot, Institution, and Enterprise plans differ in student volume, faculty count, and support level, as described on the pricing page. Enterprise terms (white-labeling, on-premise deployment, dedicated support) are agreed individually per institution.
Record integrity
Every grade entry, modification, and transcript generation is logged and attributed to the authenticated user who performed it. Institutions are responsible for the accuracy of the academic data their staff enters.
