Sukū processes academic records (grades, transcripts, and the personal data needed to produce them, such as names, student IDs, and course enrollments) on behalf of the universities and faculties that deploy it. Each institution remains the data controller for its own records; Sukū acts as a data processor.
What we collect
Account information (name, email, role), academic records entered by teachers and administrators, and audit metadata (who changed a grade, and when) required to keep transcripts tamper-resistant.
Data residency
Sukū supports SaaS, on-premise, and hybrid deployment models so an institution can choose where its academic records physically live, in line with its own data-residency policy.
